A haiku gift tag

IMG_20171220_160836

We had an office Secret Santa, and I ordered a present for my giftee. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive by the day of the exchange, so I printed out a thing showing what it was, which I then folded and taped it up, and tagged with a haiku.

For those who can’t read my writing (a majority of the populace),  it reads:

Cultivate patience
like flowers in winter–
as disappointment.

Well, actually it reads ‘a disappointment,’ but a day later I think ‘as’ works better.
